Solution

In a multi disciplinairy team Stroomt was in the lead to design new reports for Investment Banking. In the concept phase we started making customer journeys. Later on in the process Stroomt sketched several possible solutions to get a clear understanding of the business needs and, even more importantly, the needs of Rabobank’s investment clients. Based on that process, choices were made and the interaction and visual designs were made.

Usability on mobile, tablet and dektop computer was a very important requirement. To make sure the concept and designs were built as they were designed, Stroomt advised the product owner and the technical team. During the complete process the app was tested in the Rabobank UX Lab. First the concept was tested and the tests were used to gather user input as well. Later on tests were used to regularly validate the app on usability and functionality.
